Earlier this month we paused from our busy schedules and celebrated Employee Appreciation Day (1 March). The day was marked in many different ways across our different sites of operations throughout the UK and Ireland. From raffles, board games, team lunches, including doggy bags for our Canine companions to lots of doughnuts, our Teams enjoyed a token of appreciation from ICTS.

The success of ICTS stems from our teams. The sentiment one feels in the workplace has far-reaching implications for employee wellbeing, productivity, engagement, retention, teamwork, company culture, customer satisfaction, and innovation. Investing in creating a positive work environment is important to us. It is not only beneficial for employees’ happiness and fulfilment but also essential for the long-term success and sustainability of ICTS.
