Many congratulations to our Employee of the Year 2025, Paul Darrington.
In July last year, Paul, a Supervisor and an ICTS Safety Champion based at one of our data centre locations, demonstrated extraordinary initiative and courage during a critical situation that could have resulted in the loss of life. When a colleague became uncontactable and failed to attend work, Paul acting on instinct and duty of care left site during his break and drove to the staff member’s home to check on his welfare—a decision that ultimately saved this colleague’s life.

As part of our ICTS Employee of the Year scheme Paul was able to select a charity to receive a monetary donation of £5,000 from ICTS UK & Ireland. Paul’s charity of choice: Asthma + Lung UK.
