Fiona is our Divisional Director for Ireland, overseeing both ICTS Aviation and Corporate Security Operations.
Fiona joined ICTS in 2004 as a Security Agent at Dublin Airport. Within 3 years, Fiona was appointed Station Manager for Dublin Airport, a position she held for over 12 years. In 2019 she was promoted to Regional Manager and in 2023 she was appointed Divisional Director for Ireland.
Fiona successfully oversees a number of aviation contracts at Dublin and Shannon Airports and has been instrumental to the development and growth of ICTS Ireland’s guarding security contracts nationwide.
She has an in-depth understanding of security operations across multiple sectors and provides efficient and effective leadership that ensures that employees are appropriately trained, equipped and motivated to continually deliver excellence within a stable and positive workplace environment.
Fiona holds a primary degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from University College, Dublin.
